House fire - Cherry Hinton - Cambridge

At 9.19am on Sunday (5) two crews from Cambridge were called to a house fire on Pen Close in Cambridge. 

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan. 

Crews returned to their station by 11am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
