Building fire - Millfield - Peterborough

At 9.42am on Friday (2) crews from Dogsthorpe and Peterborough Volunteer Fire Brigade were called to a building fire on Lincoln Road in Peterborough. 

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan. 

Crews returned to their stations by 10.20am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
