Fire in the open - New England - Peterborough

On Wednesday (29) at 12.15pm, crews from Dogsthorpe and Stanground were called to a fire in the open on Alexandra Road, Peterborough.

The crew arrived to find a fire affecting a large shed and three vehicles.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire.

Crews returned to their stations by 1.30pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
