Field fire - Littleport - East Cambs

At 2.56pm on Monday (20) crews from Littleport, Ely, Chatteris and Soham along with a water carrier were called to a field fire on Oak Lane in Littleport. 

Firefighters worked hard using a hose reel and beaters to extinguish the fire. 

Crews returned to their stations by 6pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
