Fire in the open – Ramsey Heights - Huntingdonshire

At 4.55pm on Wednesday (28) a crew from Huntingdon was called to a fire on Middle Drove in Ramsey Heights.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving around five tonnes of soil and peat. They extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 6.45pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
