Fire in the open - Chatteris - Fenland

At 3.10pm on Thursday (15) a crew from Chatteris was called to a fire in the open on Ireton’s Way in Chatteris. 

Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish an unattended bonfire and returned to their station by 4.05pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
