Fire in the open – Wisbech - Fenland

At 1.15pm on Monday (20) crews from Wisbech were called to a fire on Harecroft Road in Wisbech.

Firefighters arrived to find a large, out of control bonfire that was quickly spreading to shrubbery and a wood store. They extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their station by 3.15pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
