Tree fire - Borough Fen - Peterborough

On Wednesday (22) at 3.42pm, a crew from Dogsthorpe was called to a fire involving trees on Willow Drove, Borough Fen.

The crew arrived to find a bonfire had got out of control and spread to a tree.

Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, before returning to their station by 5.10pm. The incident was reinspected later in the evening.
