Building fire - Fletton - Peterborough

At 11.30pm on Tuesday (30) crews from Stanground and Dogsthorpe were called to a building fire on St Margarets Road in Peterborough. 

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan. 

Crews assisted four casualties in total and returned to their stations by 1am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
