Fire in the open – Wilburton - East Cambs

At 4.40pm on Thursday (4) crews from Ely and Littleport, along with a water carrier from Newmarket in Suffolk, were called to a fire on Pools Road in Wilburton.

Firefighters arrived to find a at a landfill site and extinguished it using a hose reel. They returned to their stations by 7.30pm.
