House fire - Wisbech - Fenland

At 12.57pm on Thursday (9) crews from Wisbech and March along with the north roaming fire engine were called to a house fire on Holmes Drive in Wisbech.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a kitchen fire in a bungalow and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

The crews returned to their stations by 4.10pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
