Fire in the open - Bretton - Peterborough

At 9.33pm on Tuesday (20) a crew from Peterborough Volunteer Fire Brigade was called to a fire in the open on Westhawe in Peterborough.

Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish an out of control bonfire and were at the scene until around 10.10pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
