Fire in the open - New England - Peterborough

On Monday (4) at 3.21pm, a crew from Dogsthorpe was called to a fire in the open on Tennyson Road, New England.

Firefighters arrived to find conifers on fire spreading to a nearby shed.

Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, before returning to their station by 3.45pm.

The cause of the fire was believed to be deliberate.
