Vehicle fire – Thorney - Peterborough

At 3.07am on Sunday (9) crews from Dogsthorpe and Thorney were called to a fire on Willow Hall Lane in Thorney.

Firefighters arrived to find a van and a car well alight, with the fire spreading to hedgerow and a field. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their stations by 4.45am.
