Flat fire - Sawston - South Cambs

At 10.02am on Tuesday (24) a crew from Cambridge was called to a fire on Railway Close in Sawston.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a flat. They used hose reels to extinguish the fire and a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke.

They returned to their station by 11.00am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
