House fire – Cherry Hinton - Cambridge

At 4.32pm on Monday (18) crews from Cambridge were called to a fire on High Street in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge.  

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving a derelict house. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan. 

The crews returned to their station by 5.50pm.
