Car fire – A14 - South Cambs

At 10.43am on Thursday (20) crews from Huntingdon and St Neots were called to a fire on the A14.   

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight on the eastbound carriageway near Longstanton. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their stations by 11.45am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
