House fire - Doddington - Fenland

On Saturday (19) at 11.40pm, a crew from March and a crew from Chatteris were called to a house fire on High Street, Doddington.

Firefighters arrived to find smoke issuing from the rear of a property. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel and jet to extinguish the fire.

All people were accounted for.

The cause of the fire was accidental.

Crews returned to their stations by 1.30am.
