Road traffic collision - Hail Weston - Huntingdonshire

On Thursday (2) at 5.44am, crews from St Neots were called to a road traffic collision on the B645 near Hail Weston.

Crews arrived to find a van on its side and a car on its side in a ditch, with two people trapped.

Using specialist equipment, firefighters rescued both casualties from their vehicles, before leaving them in the care of the ambulance service.

Both crews returned to their station by 8.10am.
