Van fire – A14 - Huntingdonshire

At 3.16pm on Wednesday (15) crews from Huntingdon and St Neots were called to a fire on the A14.  

Firefighters arrived to find a van well alight on the westbound carriageway near Spaldwick. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their stations by 5pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
