Lorries on fire – Longstanton - South Cambs

At 1.41am on Wednesday (22) crews were called to a fire on Station Road in Longstanton.  

More than 20 firefighters, including crews from Cottenham, Cambridge, St Ives and Huntingdon, along with the water carrier from Ramsey, attended the incident.  

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving around eight lorries and extinguished it using hose reels and jets. They returned to their stations by 6am.
