Fire in the open - Whittlesey - Fenland

On Saturday (20) at 6.03pm, a crew from Stanground was called to a fire in the open on Ramsey Road, Whittlesey.

Firefighters arrived to find a bonfire had spread to a house.

Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, before returning to their station by 7pm.

The cause of the fire was believed to be deliberate.
