Vehicle fire – Cambourne - South Cambs

At 6.24pm on Tuesday (26) crews from Cambourne and Cambridge were called to a fire on Cambourne Road in Cambourne.

Firefighters arrived to find a bus on fire. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their stations by 7.45pm.

The bus was safely evacuated before the crews arrived.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
