Car fire - A1 - Huntingdonshire

At 5.31pm on Saturday (7) crews from Huntingdon and Dogsthorpe were called to a car fire on A1 Southbound between Sawtry and Alconbury.

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight near Woodwalton. Wearing breathing apparatus firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire before returning to their stations by 6.35pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
