House fire – Buckden - Huntingdonshire

At 11.14am on Friday (27) crews from Huntingdon, Sawtry, St Neots and Cambridge were called to a fire on Mill Road in Buckden.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire on the first floor of a detached house, which was spreading to the roof. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and a jet and returned to their stations by 2.15pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
