Flooding – Werrington - Peterborough

At 7.15pm on Sunday (26) crews were called to assist with flooding on Lincoln Road in Werrington.  

Crews from Dogsthorpe, Stanground and the Peterborough Volunteer Fire Brigade attended the incident.  

Firefighters arrived to find around 20 properties had been impacted by a burst water main. They were able to assist with pumping water out of some of the properties, while working with partners to make the area safe.  

They returned to their stations by 2.30am.
