House fire - Cherry Hinton - Cambridge

At 7.18pm on Wednesday (29) two crews from Cambridge were called to a house fire on Fishers Lane in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

The crews returned to their station by 8.45pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
