Fire in the open - Stanground - Peterborough

At 12.19pm on Monday (16) a crew from Stanground was called to a fire in the open on Bew Close in Stanground.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a garden spreading to a house. The crew used a hose reel and small gear to extinguish the fire and returned to their station by 1.15pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
