Fire in the open – Wilburton - East Cambs

At 4.40pm on Sunday (29) a crew from Soham was called to a fire on Whitecross Road in Wilburton.

Firefighters arrived to find two bonfires unattended and extinguished them using a hose reel. They returned to their station by 6.15pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
