Building fire - Abbey Ward - Cambridge

At 5.07pm on Friday (16) crews from Cambridge, Burwell and Cottenham along with the south roaming fire engine were called to a building fire on Galfrid Road in Cambridge.

Crews arrived to find a well developed fire in a temporary building. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire and were at the scene until around 11.50pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
