Fire in the open – Gamlingay - South Cambs

At 5.26pm on Sunday (June 1) a crew from Gamlingay was called to a fire on Drove Road in Gamlingay. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the open involving grass and hedgerow. They extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 7.30pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
