Garage fire – Arbury ward - Cambridge

At 7.23pm on Sunday (8) crews from Cambridge were called to a fire on Rutland Close in Arbury, Cambridge.

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire involving a garage. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan. They returned to their station by 9pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
