Fire in the open – Chatteris - Fenland

At 7.40pm on Wednesday (25) crews from Chatteris and March were called to a fire on Fenton Way in Chatteris. 

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire involving refuse. They extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their stations by 10pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
