House fire - Needingworth - Huntingdonshire

At 7.35am on Tuesday (7) crews from Cambridge, Ely and Chatteris along with a turntable ladder were called to a house fire on Daintree in Needingworth.  

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire and returned to their stations by 9.20am.  

One casualty was treated for smoke inhalation. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
