Vehicle fire – Bainton - Peterborough

At 3.07pm on Tuesday (14) a crew from Dogsthorpe, along with the north roaming fire engine and a crew from Market Deeping in Lincolnshire, was called to a fire on Tallington Road in Bainton.

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire involving a telehandler spreading to nearby hay. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their stations by 4.45pm.
