Building fire - March - Fenland

At 5.57pm on Wednesday (2) crews from March, Chatteris, Manea and Wisbech were called to a building fire on Hostmoor Avenue in March.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire and cleared the smoke using positive pressure ventilation fans.

The crews returned to their stations by 9.30pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
