House fire – Brington - Huntingdonshire

At 12.29am on Saturday (7) crews from Kimbolton, Huntingdon and St Neots were called to a fire on Church Brothers Close in Brington.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a house. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and a jet. They cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan and returned to their stations by 3am.

The property was safely evacuated before the crews arrived.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
