Lorry fire - A1139 - Peterborough

At 2.08pm on Monday (8) crews from Stanground, Dogsthorpe and Ramsey along with the north roaming fire engine were called to a lorry trailer on fire on A1139 Fletton Parkway Westbound.

Wearing breathing apparatus firefighters used hose reels and jets to extinguish the fire before returning to their stations by 4.50pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
