The media office is open 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

Emails sent out of hours are received by the on-call press officer who will periodically check messages and respond if appropriate. Non-urgent queries will be dealt with the next working day.

For urgent media queries out of office hours, the on-call press officer can be contacted by ringing combined fire control on 01480 444500.
