Building fire – Chesterton - Cambridge

At 10.35pm on Thursday (2) crews from Cambridge were called to a fire on Scotland Road in Chesterton, Cambridge.  

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving several outbuildings. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan. The crews returned to their station by 12.15am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
