Lorry fire - Pondersbridge - Fenland

On Sunday (23) at 9.25pm, a crew from Stanground and a crew from Ramsey were called to a lorry fire on Herne Road, Pondersbridge.

Crews arrived to find a flatbed lorry on fire. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used two hose reels to extinguish the fire.

Crews returned to their stations by 10.35pm.

The cause of the fire was believed to be deliberate.
