Fire in the open – Godmanchester - Huntingdonshire

At 7.12pm on Monday (29) crews from Cambourne and St Neots were called to a fire on Bridge Place in Godmanchester.  

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire involving shipping containers. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their stations by 9.30pm.
