Vehicle fire – East Chesterton ward - Cambridge

At 3.59am on Tuesday (30) crews from Cottenham, Burwell and Sawston were called to a fire on Cowley Road in Kings Hedges ward, Cambridge. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving a lorry containing rubbish and extinguished it using hose reels. They returned to their stations by 6.10am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
