Standing crop fire - Whittlesford - South Cambs

On Monday (26) at 5.28pm, the south roaming fire engine and a crew from Sawston were called to a standing crop fire on Duxford Road, Whittlesford.   

Firefighters arrived to find an area of standing crop and a grass bank on fire. Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, before returning to their station shortly after 4pm.
