Road traffic collision - A10 - South Cambs

At 10.27pm on Friday 4 August crews from Cambridge, along with a crew from Royston in Hertfordshire, were called to a road traffic collision on the A10 near Melbourn. 

Firefighters arrived to find a collision involving two vehicles. Using specialist equipment firefighters released two casualties. One casualty sadly died at the scene. 

The crews returned to their stations by 12.31am.
