Fire in the open - Romsey Ward - Cambridge

At 4.19am on Sunday 6 August a crew from Cambridge was called to a fire in the open on Hemingford Road in Cambridge.

Firefighters arrived to find an e-bike well alight. Using a hose reel they extinguished the fire before returning to their station by 5.20am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
