Fire in field, Fulbourn

Crews from Cambridge and Burwell, together with crews from Newmarket in Suffolk, attended a fire on Stonebridge Lane in Fulbourn.  

Firefighters arrived to find a combine harvester and surrounding crop on fire. They extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their stations by 7.55pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
