Vehicle fire - Waterbeach - Fenland

At 1.41am on Saturday (18) crews from Cottenham and Cambridge were called to a vehicle fire on Ely Road in Waterbeach.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire at an industrial estate involving two vans and a lorry. Wearing breathing apparatus firefighters used hose reels and spreaders to extinguish the fire before returning to their stations by 4.20am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
