Lorry fire - Werrington - Peterborough

At 7.31am on Friday (1) crews from Stanground and Dogsthorpe were called to a lorry fire on Skaters Way in Werrington.

Wearing breathing apparatus firefighters used hose reels to extinguish a fire in a bin lorry before returning to their stations by 3.15pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
