Fire in the open – Wisbech St Mary - Fenland

At 2.21pm on Tuesday (16) a crew from Dogsthorpe, which was on duty in Wisbech, was called to a fire on Bunkers Hill in Wisbech St Mary. 

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire involving fencing spreading to a field. They extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their station by 5pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
